Summer Camp is back !

THE SUMMER CAMP 2013

Fun Summer Camp in Hyderabad for your child to spend his/her summer usefully  - over 5 weeks of fun filled activities to provide hours of entertainment and learning !

Level 1 3-8 year olds

Part A- Learn! 1. Early numeracy games 2. Phonics games 3. The world around us – General knowledge 4. Guided Readathons Part B- Express! 1. Theatre -games, role play etc 2. Show and tell 3. English Conversation skills 4. Confidence Building and Team Building games 5. Recitation and Public speaking Part C- Have Fun! 1. Art and Craft 2. Music 3. Creative thinking activities and games 4. Storytime 5. Yoga

Level 2 9-16 year olds

Part A- Learn! 1. Math Puzzles ,Jigsaws and games 2. Vocabulary Development activities 3. Creative Writing 4. The world around us – General knowledge 5. Guided Readathons Part B- Express! 1. Theatre ,Mime and Voice Training 2. English Conversation skills 3. Confidence Building and Team Building games 4. Public Speaking and Debating 5. Extempore and Group Discussion skills Part C- Have Fun! 1. Art and Craft 2. Music 3. Creative thinking activities and games 4. Yoga 5. Drawing and Sketching

FEES: Rs 700 per week (Monday- Saturday)

or Rs 2400 for 1 month or Rs 3500 for 6 weeks.

This weekend at Books n More

The activities this weekend are :

1. Gond Painting- Learn the tribal style of painting from Ms Raji on 12/4/13 and 13/4/13 at 6-7:30 P.M. This workshp is for ages 8-16 years
2. Make a cute cotton woolly sheep in CRAFT Time for 3-7 year olds on 12/4/13 at 5-6 P.M
3. Toddler Science- Explore the wonders of nature and the scientific phenomena around us . This wrkshp is for 3-7 year olds

Speak well continues for 8-14 yr olds every weekend.

The Sound of Music is staged by our theatre enthusiasts on 14/4/2013 at 5 P.M The play has shaped up really well and I hope the kids set the stage on fire !

Next week beginning we are starting two workshops :

1. Creative Writing with Ms Srilatha for ages 8-16 years. Learn to write short stories, essays and poems .The classes will be starting on 15/4/2013 and going on till 26/4/2013- everyday except Sunday.
2. A Stitch in Time- a very interesting workshop by Ms Reshma on basic hand sewing. Learn to sew buttons and mend tears . Learn a few basic stitches and make a cute hand sewn project.This workshop ,which is one of a kind in Hyderabad is starting on 15'th April and goes on till 22'nd April .
