Weekend Workshops:Pattachitra Mask making ;Geronimo Stilton Series ;Advanced Math and Hindi

The following workshops are happening this coming weekend and the following regular activities are being held from this week ( new batches):

Workshop : Pattachitra Ganesha Mask making craft activity

​

Join Ms Mandakini Rao in a unique craft workshop to make a Ganesha mask in the Pattachitra style. Pattachitra masks have been sourced from Raghurajpur,Orissa. This class is suitable for 5-16 year olds. Children above 8 years will be using paints and children below 8 will be using markers.Very limited seats only.Please register in advance.

Date and Time: October 31'st 2014.From 5-6:30 P.M

Fee :Rs 200 per child

Workshop: Geronimo Stilton Series

​Join Ms Anuradha Vinod for a super exciting story and activity workshop series on the beloved Geronimo Stilton Series of books.Participate in fun cheese hunts,moussake bakeoffs,Geography map reading games,historical role plays,creative journalling and adrenaline pumping jungle games. For ages 6-12 years.Please register in advance.

This weekend "Rumble in the Jungle" will be the theme . Geronimo Jungle masked role play and jungle games will be held as a part of the session. 

Underlying theme this week: Overcoming obstacles by being brave.

Date and Time: From November 1'st 2014 to December 6'th 2014.Saturdays only. 5-6:30 P.M

Fee: Rs 900 per child( for full workshop).RS 200 per child per session.

Hindi Classes 

Advanced Hindi Classes (Grade 5 -10) by Ms Karamdeep Kaur  and Basic Hindi Classes (Grade 1-5) by Ms Reshma Rohra is being held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday from 5:30-6:30 P.M .

Fee Rs 1200 p.m and Rs 1000 p.m respectively.

Math Classes

Advanced Math classes( Grade 5 -10) are being held by Ms Madhavi on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 P.M.

Fee: Rs 2400 P.M

Workshops this weekend

1. Diwali Cupcakerie -A cupcake decorating class

Join Ms Archana Misra for a sweet Diwali themed cup cake icing and decorating class using fondant and buttercream. Children will learn to decorate pre baked cupcakes with various icing nozzles and tools.For 5-16 year olds.

Diwali Science Experiments -Sound, Light and a Sweet Delight

Join Ms Anuradha Vinod for a fun session on Diwali theme science experiments as children make a diwali sweet,paper cracker , a fiery volcanic rocket and a translucent diwali lamp .For ages 4-10 years

2. Workshop : Around the Country in 25 Stories- Orissa State

Join Ms Varsha Ramesh for a fun and knowledge filled session on the eastern state of Orissa. Hear stories and folktales from the state like the funny story of the Rossogulla, the Konark Story ; a unique wildlife story from the wetlands of Mangalajodi and build your knowledge about the history , the geography , the culture and language of the state . Also participate in a fun filled folk style Sambalpuri dance session with Ms Archana Misra .For ages 4-14 years.Please register in advance.
